PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy is valid from 12.07.2022.

This Privacy Policy informs You about the way Your personal data is processed by Service Provider.  All terms used in the Privacy Policy should be understood as indicated in the Terms and Conditions (https://infopanel.cloud/terms-conditions ).

We use Your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection law, in particular the provisions of the GDPR.

 3. DATA PROCESSING

 As a data controller, we only process the following data and as follows:

A. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Scope of the data: Company name, address e-mail, telephone number, name, surname, position, company registration data, egistered office / residential address.

Purpose: to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the Agreement as well as amend or terminate it and/or for the proper performance of the electronically provided Service.

Processing time: The data is processed throughout the duration of the Agreement. After you delete your Account or otherwise terminate the Agreement, we process data for a period of up to 5 years (for tax purposes) and a period of 2 years for the purposes of establishing, seeking or settlement of possible claims.

Recipient: Only authorized employees or cooperating entities who have access to data for the proper provision of services, so that you have access to the Services or be properly handled, have access.

B. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR

Scope of the data: Company name, address e-mail, telephone number, name, surname, position, company registration data, egistered office / residential address.

Purpose: to the extent and for the purpose necessary to pursue the legitimate interest of the Service Provider as data controller, if such processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject. The legitimate interest consists in the complaint handling or a technical notification.

Processing time: The data is processed for the purpose of resolving a complaint or a technical problem. After this period, information on the support provided is processed for a period of 2 years for the purposes of establishing, seeking or settlement of possible claims.

Recipient: Only authorized employees or cooperating entities who have access to data for the proper provision of services, so that you have access to the Services or be properly handled, have access.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right of access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of its processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to file a complaint with the  supervisory authority, as well as the right to data portability. The supervisory authority in the Poland is the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (https://uodo.gov.pl ).

 5. EU STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES / DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

To the extent applicable, the parties will abide by the requirements of European Economic Area and Swiss data protection law regarding the collection, use, transfer, retention, and other processing of Personal Data from the European Economic Area and Switzerland. All transfers of User Data out of the European Union, European Economic Area, and Switzerland will be governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses, as designated by the European Commission, made available by the Publisher at the applicable URL for such terms or as otherwise communicated to You.

If your company is based in the European Union, a data processing agreement will be concluded. Contact us to conclude it.

We assume that if you do not contact us in order to conclude a data processing agreement, it means that you do not process personal data using the Application and Services.

6. CHANGES

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy.

You will be notified about any material change to the Privacy Policy at least 14 days prior to the planned entry of the change into force. In the event of a change to the Privacy Policy, information will be sent by e-mail.
